Continuing on from yesterday I would like to now tell you about some of the report features that are available. Daily Activity Reports is the first one I will tell you about. This is a very useful feature which helps you see a report at the end of each day of the driving each vehicle has done. Such details that are kept in such a report are start and finish time. The feature will tell you how long the vehicle has been parked for. Also if will tell you the distance the vehicle has been. This feature really does summarise some the main information which vehicle tracking systems collect and is a great way of being able to review the information.
Another great reporting feature is email alerts. This is not a feature which all managers would want but for some managers that spend a lot of time out of the office it may be of some use. Such information included in an email alert might be location information so that you can keep tabs on staff and performance related information.
Employee timesheet reporting is another popular feature which takes the information that tracking provides and uses it to solve another problem that companies have. This problem is keeping accurate records of the hours your staff actually do, rather than the hours they say they do.
