Many Features Available – Part 5

They seem to think of everything when it comes to these reports. The next report I would like to tell you about is Late and Early reports. This report lets the manager at the depot know when a vehicle arrives late a specified location or leaves late. It also alerts them if the vehicle arrives or leaves early from the specified location. It’s a very specific report but one that is useful for certain companies where time is of the essence.

Millage reports are another. This is quite a popular report as you can imagine due to the fact that millage equates is linked to the amount spent on fuel. It is also a way of doing away with false millage claims. As we have said before this a common problem and a feature that can do away with this is going to be very welcome by businesses all over.

Out of hours usage is a report which also helps put a stop to vehicles being used out of business hours. This helps to cut down on fuel bills. Also many businesses do not insure for their vehicles to be used outside of office hours. Therefore it is important to in force the rule of not using company vehicles outside of these hours.
