David Walliams, Davina McCall, Jimmy Carr, Fearne Cotton, Miranda Hart, Russell Howard and Patrick Kielty are riding the length of the country. They are riding from John O’Groats to Land’s End to raise over 1 million pounds for Sport Relief.
The whole journey will be tracked by Masternaut’s GPS tracking system. This will be the proof that the ride has taken place and will also allow the organisers to keep track of where they are at all times.
They will ride the 1000 miles journey nonstop, but they will take it in turns to ride different sections of the journey. That said it is still quite an achievement.
Masternaut said they were thrilled to have their GPS tracking devices on the bikes involved in this event as they believed it is a very good cause.
The technology used in these tracking systems is very similar to the technology used in vehicle tracking systems.
