Milk Float Thieves Stopped In Their Tracks By Vehicle Tracking

We have had many stories here at VehicleTrackingSystems.org.uk regarding criminals have been caught as a result of GPS vehicle tracking systems. Here is an interesting little story of a milk float which was stolen. The thieves stole the milk float in the west midlands of England.

Thanks to a vehicle tracking system installed in the milk float the Police were able to track the vehicle down. As a result of this the thieves were caught with not just a stolen milk float, but also three vans and a whole load of plant machinery. The Police arrested two people at the scene of the crime.

This was a great find and resulted for the Police and put an end to what appears to be the beginning of a crime spree that could have cost many businesses money, time and a great deal of hassle.

The Police said themselves that if it wasn’t for the vehicle tracking system that was installed that the vehicles would probably never have been recovered.

This is a great example of how a vehicle tracking system can save a great deal of money and make the investment well worthwhile.
