Multiple Drivers

Many companies have vehicles which are driven by more than one driver. Often a car, van or truck can be driven by many different drivers over the course of a month. Therefore it is one thing knowing where a vehicle has been at precise times but you would not be able to pin down specific journeys to a certain driver. There have been many solutions to this problem over the years, but few solutions have been fool proof.

Now in conjunction with the vehicle tracking system you have fitted to your vehicle you can have an extra called Driver ID. This vehicle tracking extra enables managers to identify who was driving the vehicle at any one time.

It works by simply having a small device which runs in parallel with the GPS tracking. Basically each driver will be given an RFID tag which they are required to simply slot into the device each time they start driving a vehicle. This then identifies the driver and adds this data to the information collected by the GPS vehicle tracking system.
This brilliant device then makes each driver accountable for the vehicle while they are in charge of it. Such problems as who is responsible for a speeding ticket will no longer be a problem.
