Pay As You Go Tracking Maybe The Standard In Two Years

Andy Walters is the managing director of Quartix and he believes that pay as you go is how people will pay for tracking in the future. He believes that most companies will prefer to purchase their vehicle tracking systems on a pay as you go basis due to the fact that many suppliers were not giving a great service and many were even going out of business. This is not good when you are tied into a 5 year contract.

Many companies were spending the money they had made out of these contracts on winning new contracts and then not leaving enough money to service the contracts themselves. This of course led to trouble down the line and now many of these tracking companies went out of business.

Many businesses have had their fingers burnt over the past 18 months. For this reason many businesses feel more comfortable buying tracking on a pay as you go basis where there is no financial commitment and therefore greatly reduces the financial risk.

Andy Walters thinks that there is still a great deal of hard times for many tracking companies and therefore customers should enter into a lease or make a prepayment for a vehicle tracking system.
